Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designed effective sales promotional strategies and implemented them in the region.
  • Managing a team to achieve sales target of seeds numerically and revenue wise.
  • Conduct agronomical trials & Coordinating and motivating the team members to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Productivity Improvement Initiatives.
  • Responsible for pre-season, Post season field activities to assist in smooth business of the region.
  • Solving and managing customer concerns, problems, and issues.
  • Promoting products to find new customers in the market for Business Expansion.
  • Handling channel partners

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification – B.Sc.(Mandatory) / M.Sc. Agriculture / MBA Preferably
  • 8+ Years experience in Sales with Agri Input / Chemical / Pesticides / Nutrition Industry.
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Very good geographical understanding of area.
