Position: Senior Agri Sales Executive
Base Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Target Districts: Erode, Namakkal, Dharmapuri (Support for Nilgiris)
Salary: ₹35,000/month (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage fertilizer & biostimulant sales operations across 3 districts

  • Develop strong relationships with agro dealers, retailers, and distributors

  • Strategically position BIOESR products as premium, result-oriented solutions

  • Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and training for retailers

  • Maintain CRM entries through company-provided Android-based mobile app

  • Support the marketing team during district-level campaigns, expos, and agri fairs

  • Travel periodically to support Nilgiris operations and other zones as needed

  • Prepare to represent BIOESR at international events in Europe, Israel, and other agri hubs


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in fertilizer/agri-input sales (dealer-focused)

  • Must be comfortable using smartphones for CRM apps

  • Car driving preferred (company car provided)

  • Strong familiarity with agro shop dynamics in Tamil Nadu

  • Must have excellent communication, team leadership, and negotiation skills

  • Must be highly positive, proactive, and ambitious

  • Passionate about learning new technologies and promoting innovative products

  • Willing to travel extensively within and outside India
